  1. Return Eligibility
    Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
    Condition: The product must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  2. Refunds and Exchanges
    Faulty or Non-Working Products: If your product is not working or is faulty, we offer a full refund or a product exchange.
    Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  3. How to Initiate a Return
    To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@kangomobile.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue. Our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to return your product.

  4. Discounts and Promotions
    Any discounts or promotional offers must be applied before the final purchase is made. Unfortunately, we cannot retroactively apply discounts after the order has been completed.

  5. Shipping Costs
    For Faulty Products: If the return is due to a faulty or non-working product, Kango Mobile will cover the return shipping costs.
    For Other Returns: If you are returning the product for any other reason, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
